We use the services of the French Post Office through their Colissimo offer that covers most of Europe, and also Mondial Relay in France and some European countries

The issue of shipping is the main difficulty in the business of selling Wine & Spirits online  since the products we ship are amongst the most complicated for the carriers, being both heavy and fragile.

We use specifically designed double corrugated carton boxes with integrated dividers for 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 bottles. Each bottle is additionally wrapped inside buble paper.

We chose to begin selling online the easy way so we use the services of La Poste through their Colissimo offer, as well as Mondial Relay for Relay Points deliveries. Note that Mondial Relay provide direct to your home deliveries in some European Countries.

As for almost any shipment to individuals, the maximum dimensions for a parcel are a weight of 30kgs and a size that doesn't excede 150cm when you add Lengh-Width-Height, which equates to a load up to 18 standard wine bottles. Some heavier bottles, like the ones from Champagne, reach that limit for 15 bottles.

We offer the shipping costs in some cases, when they account for less than 10% of the merchandise amount. The CMS upon which the website relies doesn't allow for an on the fly calculation of shipping costs, we consequently have to base the treshold from which we offer shipment on the highest amount for each carrying option.

 Our hope is that with a growing online activity we will be able to provide more options and better shipping fares.
